2024 - 2025 Coronation Prospective Representative Info

​For students wanting to run for Class Representatives
this school year, our student campaigns for 2024-2025 Royal Coronation Court began on September 3rd . Voting will take place on October 21, 2024 Our Coronation Ceremony is November 21, 2024

Prospective Representative Requirements:
Raise funds for your campaign by Selling Ads; get parents, family members, businesses, etc. to sponsor you.
  • Ad sizes: $60, full page; $30 ½ page; $15 ¼ page; $10 bus. card size; $5, mini size; $2 patron acknowledgement (Ads are due by October 17th )
  • Be creative and create flyers, posters, 15 - 60 second video clip on why you should be selected as class representative.
  • Be a positive Role model for your peers. Academic, Behavioral, and Christian Character.

This year's Coronation Ceremony is Thursday, November 21, 2024 @ 7:00 pm. It will be held at El Bethel Christian Academy. This is an opportunity to show school spirit as well as honor and acknowledge our exceptional students.

Encourage your family, friends, co-workers, businesses, etc. Let us help market, advertise, promote, and highlight our students in our Coronation Ads Keepsake Booklet.

As part of coronation we have a fundraising opportunity through selling ads for the Coronation Ad Keepsake Booklet. All proceeds will go towards the cost of the Coronation Event and El Bethel Christian Academy.

We encourage all students to participate in ads, this will also allow students that weren't chosen as class representatives to be a part of the Coronation court.
This is a celebration for the entire school; therefore, we would like for everyone to be involved.

In order for a student to receive the title of Mr. or Miss Blue on Blue, they must meet the goal of raising at least $200.00 or more to be considered and given the title. The deadline for ads and money is Thursday, October 17, 2024 @ 3:00 pm.

  • The limo will leave at the exact time as stated of 5:50 pm
  • Our photographer will only be here for a specified amount of time, so to ensure quality and professional photos, please be on time.
 
Parents please make note that you are a major part of this coronation experience in the beginning with our student introductions so feel free to dress up as well.
